Description by PingLocker (from the App Store)

Welcome to Allegro, Birmingham’s newest community of like-minded renters.

The Allegro App offers unparalleled access to our services, taking lifestyle living to the next level.

You can download your resident user guide, find information about local businesses (including your resident perks), book amenity spaces and explore upcoming events.

The App can act as your personal remote control as there are a wide range of services to choose from including apartment cleaning, laundry and dry cleaning, dog walking and pet sitting services and even personal training sessions.

Like shopping online? No problem, our state-of-the-art concierge lockers are connected to the app so you get notified when your latest on-line purchase is ready to collect.

Need to report any problems or have queries? These can also be handled through the App. For anything that cannot be resolved via the App, the onsite Resident Services Team are available in the Hub (opening April ‘19).

If you need help with anything, if you have suggestions as to how we can improve our services, or if there are events, you’d like us to consider running, please do get in touch.
