Allertgy - Your Allergy Alert and Intolerance Checker!
Allertgy makes it easy to scan your food labels for customizable allergy keywords wherever you are. Whether you're grocery shopping, dining out, or traveling abroad, Allertgy helps you spot allergens or intolerances with ease.
How It Works: - Scan for Allergens/Intolerances - The app will alert and highlight any detected allergy keywords you specified, fully free and unlimited scans! - Custom Allergy Keywords - From the 14 major allergens like gluten, dairy, and nuts, to more specific custom keywords like palm, kiwi, or E-numbers. They can be whatever you want. - Snap & Scan - Take a picture of ingredient labels, and our OCR text recognizer extracts the text for a fast allergy check. - Barcode Scan - Scan product barcodes and instantly retrieve ingredient data from 3.7 million products in the OpenFoodFacts database to check for allergens. - Translation (Premium) - Travelling? Use iOS built-in Translation to translate ingredient lists between 19 languages and perform allergy checks. - Check History - Save your checks to read again later.
Why Allertgy? - Lightning-fast, unlimited photo & barcode scanning - Fully customizable allergy/intolerance list - Supports checking cosmetic products for skin intolerances. - Works offline for photo scanning - Removes human errors - Travel friendly - 100% Independent project - no brand influences or in-app adverts.
