AlloyMind: Robot Colony Sim

Oversee a colony of scrap-bots with minds of their own. They mine scrap, learn, run science experiments, build their colony, and defend the colony from raiders. You don't steer every bot: you set the colony's direction, approve what gets built and decide who does what.

A COLONY THAT THINKS FOR ITSELF
• Every bot has its own personality and makes its own choices: what to work on, what to ask you for, who to befriend. Those choices come from a large AI model that reasoned through tens of thousands of colony situations, built into the game, so nothing goes to a server
• Bots ask you for the buildings they want, and form friendships and rivalries
• The colony doubles as an AI autonomy experiment

BUILD AND GROW
• Found the colony around the Mainframe, then add Recharge Pods, a Fuel Depot and Sentry Towers
• Keep it fuelled: bots turn ore into fuel and power down when it runs out
• Sharpen your bots' minds so they can build more advanced structures

FIGHT IN THE ARENA
• Take a squad of your bots into turn-based tactical battles

• Explore the Wasteland and solve the anomaly puzzles
• Build the Ark, launch your bots to new worlds and run up to five colonies
