Alpha Vision AI is a software product that enables you to watch your shops, factories, offices, and other locations in real-time and historically. You can access live and recorded videos from anywhere, at any time.

Our feature instantly notifies you of any abnormal activities in the areas you're concerned about, allowing you to take prompt action. With Alpha Vision AI, safety is always at your fingertips, no matter where you are.

Main functions of Alpha Vision AI include:

1. Live stream viewing
2. Historical video playback
3. Event Notification
4. Video Alert sharing
5. Download Video Clips

The app includes an AI Assistant feature that uses AGI7 AI gateway services and OpenAI services to process user requests.

Before a user can use the AI Assistant, the app now shows a required in-app consent dialog that clearly explains:
1. What data may be sent: voice input, transcribed speech, typed text, user-requested images or snapshots, and related site, camera, alert, and assistant context needed to answer the request.
2. Who receives the data: AGI7 AI gateway services and OpenAI realtime, transcription, and image-understanding services.
3. Why the data is used: voice conversation, text replies, speech transcription, image understanding, and retrieving or presenting relevant alert, site, and camera information.

Users must explicitly tap “Agree” before the AI Assistant can connect or send any data. If the user taps “Decline”, the Assistant feature is not available and the page is closed without starting the realtime session.

The app also now provides a settings option that allows the user to revoke previously granted AI Assistant consent. After revocation, the user must consent again before the Assistant can be used.

This disclosure is specific to the AI Assistant feature and is separate from the general privacy policy. The privacy policy is being kept consistent with this in-app disclosure.
