Flexible Controls

Altea features customisable controls with an advanced direction pad option. It is compatible with most game controllers, and it even supports local multiplayer it the game enables it. Player mapping is automatically adjusted but you can customise it in the in game menu.

iCloud Synchronization

Protect your progress with optional iCloud synchronization. Enable it in settings to upload local files to iCloud, ensuring your saves are backed up and accessible across devices. Your local storage has always the precedence to ensure maximum speed and game availability.

Save and State Management

Altea supports traditional save files and emulation-specific save states. Standard saves are portable and automatically generated, while states offer snapshot saves for precise progress management. Each game can have up to three state files, stored in dedicated folders.

Altea provides a content based recommendation system that will suggest you new games based on similarity to the games you already have in your library.
