The AoT mobile phone app is an add on to the AoT Scheduling System (Business Management Software). The AoT App is the perfect accompaniment for any user of the AoT cloud based system.

Tracking
Whether you are checking on today’s list of jobs or want more information on specific jobs by clicking on your next visit the AoT app is fast, simple and reliable to use. It even offers you the opportunity to see where your next Job is scheduled for and the distance it is from where you are currently. All you need to do is make sure that your Location access is activated and then tap “View on map”. This takes you through to your mapping app and gives you directions.

Messaging
You can view and respond to any messages that you receive from the Main Web App instantly.
All message logs and responses are stored in the AoT System so that you can see exactly when a message was viewed through our main web app.
simply tap on the Envelope to see your messages. No lag. No delay. All tabs open within seconds of you opening them which means no frustration for you whilst using it.
Your staff can see when the message was sent to.

A great feature of the Mobile App is the Call Duty Manager button. If you click this it takes you to your phone and you will call the number stored in AoT as the duty manager phone. This is useful for emergencies or out of hours situations.

All of the numbers of your customers that were stored into AoT are linked onto the phone too so you when you open a job you can call the number for that house. This is very useful in emergency cancellations or rescheduling.
And although you will need a 3G or WiFi connection to log in to the mobile app, you won’t need to maintain a signal to use the app.
