Choose from mazes, Continuous Walk, Math Challenge, Synonym Challenge, Language Quiz, tapping challenges and Lights On. Adjust difficulty, snooze rules and your schedule for different mornings. Prefer a simple alarm? Choose No Challenge.

Add a Wake-up check for a later confirmation, choose your Wake-up sounds, and use Alarm Health to review permissions and scheduling status. Siri, widgets, Control Center controls and Apple Watch support offer more ways to access your routine.

BUILD YOUR NIGHTTIME SOUND
Explore Background Sounds, colored noise, music, Originals, ASMR, Guided Sleep, podcasts and Books. Combine one main listening source with an ambient sound and a frequency, then balance each layer separately.

Set a timer with a gentle fade-out, resume podcasts and Books where you left off, and use Volume Stabilizer to smooth sudden volume changes in podcasts and Books. Supported content can be downloaded for offline listening.

Set bedtime reminders with Sleep Routine. After your alarm, catch up with News, your Daily Edition and weather when available.

Sleep Insights brings together available Apple Health sleep data and context from your AMaze habits. Review consistency, sleep debt and Daily Energy Forecast as tools for personal awareness.

HELP FROM AMAZE ALIVE
On supported devices, AMaze Alive offers voice controls for your alarms and on-device summaries for News and Sleep Insights. AI features depend on Apple Intelligence availability, supported languages and sufficient information.
