Amberward: Warranty Tracker

Amberward does one thing and does it well: it keeps the proof of purchase for your products, works out when each warranty ends and reminds you in time.

DOCUMENTS AT HAND
Scan a receipt, pick a photo or import a PDF from Files (an invoice or an online store's order confirmation): keep several documents for each product. They stay on your iPhone and open full screen, with zoom, whenever you need them.

CLEAR DEADLINES
Add the product and the purchase date: Amberward suggests the warranty length for your country (you can change it), works out the expiry date and orders the list by what ends first. Status is always easy to read — Active, Expiring soon, Expired — with colour, icon and text.

MORE THAN ONE WARRANTY PER PRODUCT
If you need it, add the manufacturer's warranty or an extension: each has its own start and expiry, and lengths are never added up behind your back. You can also note the delivery date, serial number and order number.

REMINDERS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE
A notification 30 days before expiry, at 9:00. If a warranty already ends within 30 days, you are reminded the next morning. Edit or delete a warranty and its reminder follows.

READS THE DOCUMENT FOR YOU
Text recognition runs on your iPhone and suggests the date, amount and other details (receipts, invoices and orders in English, Italian, French, German and Spanish). If a date is ambiguous, such as 03/04/2026, it asks which one is right. You check and correct: the last word is yours, and if nothing is found you simply fill the fields in.

FIND IT FAST
Search for a product or a store in a moment.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no analytics, no servers: Amberward sends your data to no one (its only connection is to the App Store, for the trial and the purchase). Your data stays on your iPhone and may be included in your iOS backup if you have one turned on (we cannot guarantee recovery in every circumstance, so keep the originals of important receipts).

FREE TRIAL, THEN ONE PURCHASE
Try every feature free for 14 days. Then a single purchase (no subscription) keeps adding and editing products available. Your documents and warranties always stay accessible, even without buying.

DESIGNED FOR IPHONE
Light and Dark mode, Dynamic Type and accessibility labels. Interface in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Requires iOS 17 or later.
