Ambly Post

Ambly brings back the joy of real post: letters and postcards that take their time.

Write to someone you love and your letter sets off on a real journey. It's carried by plane, train and ship along real routes and timetables, and you can follow it across the map. Hours or days later it arrives, postmarked, at their door. No typing dots, no read receipts, no feed to scroll. Just letters, and the small joy of waiting for one.

Private by design
• Every letter and photo is end-to-end encrypted on your device before it leaves.
• Only you and the person you wrote to can read it. Our servers only ever hold sealed envelopes.
• Your contacts are people you choose. There are no strangers and no public profiles.

Write the way you would on paper
• Letters and postcards on stationery you'll love.
• Tuck a photo into your letter.
• Write to anyone, even if they're not on Ambly yet. Send it to their email and they'll get an invitation to open it.

Watch it travel
• Follow each letter leg by leg as it crosses the world.
• Your Atlas keeps a map of every letter you've sent and received.
• Send from where you are while you travel.

Collect stamps
• Every letter wears a stamp.
• Send and receive mail to fill your stamp book.

Ambly is free. Write on your iPhone or at amblypost.com.
