Anavara — Mindfulness & Zen

Anavara is a quiet app. No streaks, no points, no coach-speak. Instead: 112 curated paths through Buddhism, Zen, Daoism, Sufi tradition, and related teachings, in plain language. Those already familiar with the sources will find depth. Those new will find a way in.

HOW IT WORKS

· You pick three themes that occupy you right now.
· You're suggested a path — for example "Who am I, really?" or "On dealing with loss."
· Each path consists of 4–12 steps. Per step: three to seven minutes of reading, an example from daily life, an optional reflection question.
· Sentences that stay with you can be kept in your herbarium.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Anavara is a journey of personal development — with real sources instead of coach-clichés. You can expect:

· A different way of looking at anger, loss, questions of identity.

WHAT ANAVARA IS NOT

· No wellness coach. Hard things are allowed to stay hard.
· No AI companion. Buddhism is slowing down, not instant answers.

Anavara is free with 3 paths. Anavara Premium unlocks all 112 paths, the insight cards and the re-encounter mechanic — monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($49.99, saves ~16 %).
Renews automatically unless canceled 24 h before the end of the period. Manage and cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
