anchored | present screen time

Anchored is mindful screen time, designed for nervous systems.

We're not here to track your hours or shame your screen time. We're here to give you a beat — a breath, a check-in, a moment — between you and the app you're about to open.

— WHAT ANCHORED DOES —

PAUSE THE APPS THAT PULL YOU IN
Pick the apps you'd rather not open on autopilot — as many as you like. Anchored stands between you and them, prompting a brief breath, check-in, or intention before you proceed. No punishment, no shame — just space.

BREATHE BEFORE YOU SCROLL
Guided breathwork built for the moments you actually need it.
• Box breathing for focus
• 4-7-8 for sleep and rest
• Physiological sigh for stress
• Coherent breathing for ground
• Alternate nostril for clarity

CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF
Quick check-ins help you notice what you actually wanted before you reach for the phone. Mood, intention, presence — captured in seconds, never shared.

SET AN INTENTION
Name where you want your time to go. Anchored keeps it in view, gently, so the hours you reclaim have somewhere to land.

— BUILT FOR PRIVACY —

Your life inside Anchored stays on your device. No user accounts, no backend servers. Your app selections live in an opaque token even we can't read — Apple's Family Controls do the pausing, locally. Full details: anchoredapp.dev/privacy

— ONE SIMPLE PLAN —

Anchored is a subscription app — one plan, everything included. No tiers, no locked features, no upsells inside.
• Unlimited paused apps
• The full breathwork library
• Check-in rituals you choose
• Your streak and daily affirmations

Weekly and annual plans are available, with a free trial on the annual plan — cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing. Current pricing is always shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.

— A NOTE FROM US —

Anchored isn't a productivity tool. It's a permission slip. We hope it gives you room to choose presence over autopilot — even if just for a second.
