You start with a short anxiety check-in based on the GAD-7. You get your score, and you can take it again later to see whether anything has moved.

From there you get a plan. One short day at a time: something to read, something to try, and a question to answer. Days cover panic, racing thoughts, sleep, stress at work, social nerves, anger and burnout.

Breathing exercises are there when you need them, sorted by what you want: to calm down, to fall asleep, to focus, to steady yourself when you are angry.

Mark how you feel in a few seconds. Over time Andy shows you patterns, which days tend to be worse and whether any of it is helping. There are weekly and monthly charts for that.

The anxiety check-in and your score are free. The whole first plan is free. Andy Pro unlocks the rest of the plans and the longer-term charts.
