Anesthesia Case Logs

You can’t always count on a billing company to keep track of your case logs. This app is a very simple, easy to use app that stores all the cases performed by the provider. This is not just a count of the number of cases with an arbitrary case code but a more in-depth record of typical cases and patients that the provider handles on a day to day basis. The dashboard displays all cases in an easy to read pie chart as well as a bar graph with all the cases done on each day. Each bar can be selected to display the cases done for that day. With simple clicks, the provider can enter case information quickly and efficiently (because we all know the last thing we want to do is chart more). Cases are stored in the “my cases” tab. The search option allows for quick location of certain cases and review of details entered by the provider. Free text notes can be added by the provider to include any additional details about the case not addressed in the point and click options. This can serve as a great reference for repeated case setup and management. This app will also serve as a great log of clinical skills that are performed by the anesthesia provider such as arterial lines, central lines, epidurals, etc. future employers can look at this log and see the exact number and types of skills performed by the provider. The entire case log can be exported and sent via email link to the provider or anyone wishing to review the case log. This app will be maintained and expanded/revised as deemed necessary by the users. Comments and concerns can be voiced through the app in the easy to use online form. Users are cautioned not to use any patient specific information that would violate HIPAA.
