The app automatically tracks your sleep at night — when you fall asleep, when you wake up and how long you slept — and records it all on a timeline.
Your rating is based on how long you sleep between 9 PM and 9 AM: Lion, Dog, Boar or Owl, your sleep quality at a glance.
No manual steps at all — just put your phone down and sleep. It works without an Apple Watch, and tracks more precisely with one.
