Anubandha is a private, offline-first personal organiser built for community coordinators and outreach teams. All data lives on your device in a local SQLite database — no cloud account, no server, no data collection of any kind.

Sangha — Team Follow-Up Groups
Organise your follow-up work into named groups (Sanghas) and coordinate responsibilities across your team — all offline. Divide assignments equally or adjust them manually. Use the built-in share action to send a coordination file to a team member via WhatsApp or Email so they can load their assigned list into their own Anubandha installation. No data is transmitted to any server.

Contact Management
Maintain a private notebook of contacts with names, phone numbers, locations, tags, preferred language, and follow-up dates. Import bulk lists from CSV or Excel files, or share files directly from Gmail, WhatsApp, or Files.

Smart Follow-Up Strategies
Define rule-based strategies that automatically surface the right contacts on your Today screen — filtered by group type, registration date, attendance status, tags, city, or age. Supports date ranges, numeric operators, and linked-field conditions across tables.

Message Templates
Compose reusable outreach templates with dynamic variables ({first_name}, {course_name}, {city}) and launch WhatsApp or SMS with the message pre-filled. One tap per contact.

Contact Deduplication
Find and merge duplicate contacts using local phonetic matching and edit-distance analysis. Deduplicate city and state database entries while preserving all referential links.

Voice Dictation
Log interaction notes hands-free with built-in Speech-to-Text. Tap the microphone icon on any interaction screen and dictate — transcription runs locally on device.

Backup & Restore
Export a complete AEF backup of all contacts, groups, registrations, interactions, templates, and strategies. Restore on any device to migrate or safeguard your data.

App Lock
Protect your data with Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint lock. The app locks automatically when moved to the background.

English and Hindi
Every screen, dialog, and label is fully localised. Switch languages instantly from Settings.
