Anva Training: Workout Plan

Anva Training is a workout planner built for strength training. Schedule sessions on a calendar, build from a rich exercise library, and see how you progress with analytics. A review queue helps you turn AI-parsed workouts into clean logs. Set goals, log sleep, use diet templates, and optionally push activities to Strava-all in one place.

Start without an account: plan workouts, log sets, and explore the library locally. When you are ready to sync across devices, sign in with Apple, Google, or email via Firebase. Add exercises to your week from the calendar, duplicate templates, and track completion over time. Import workout photos from the camera or photo library when you want to capture a whiteboard or machine console. Home-screen widgets keep today's plan glanceable.

Review parsed workouts in one tap, tune your muscle groups and equipment, and connect Strava only when you choose to share a ride or run.

The app is free with banner ads; a one-time Remove Ads purchase hides them permanently. Anva Pro is an optional subscription for AI exercise autofill, AI exercise images, and AI-assisted squat and bike setup form checks, limited to 20 checks per month. Advertising uses Google AdMob and may request App Tracking Transparency so ads can be personalized - declining is fully supported and does not affect core planning features.
