Aplumi is the all-in-one student planner, AI note-taker, grade tracker, and private journal. Everything runs on your device: no account, no servers, no ads.
AI, BUILT IN AND PRIVATE
Powered by Apple's on-device Foundation Models on iOS 26 and later. No cloud AI, nothing leaves your device:
• Syllabus Import: drop in a syllabus PDF and get a complete semester schedule — course meetings, assignments, and exams with dates — in seconds.
• Today's Plan: a smart, ranked daily study plan you can chat with and refine.
• Grade Coach: turns your grade numbers into a clear, encouraging plan.
• Smart Nudges: one helpful notification a day about upcoming coursework, stalled tasks, and free study gaps.
• Voice-note transcription: your audio attachments become searchable text.
• Document Summaries: get a clear, structured summary of any document or long note, streamed live on your device.
NOTES FOR EVERY KIND OF THINKING
• Handwritten notebooks with Apple Pencil: stroke smoothing, shape recognition, lined, dotted, or blank paper, and PDF export.
• Keep lecture notes, labs, readings, and study materials next to your tasks, with photos, document scans, PDFs, links, drawings, and voice notes attached.
• Annotate PDFs right inside the app.
• Markdown and LaTeX files preview beautifully: headings, tables, code blocks, and fully typeset math.
• A rich-text diary with moods, photos, a week calendar, and full-text search. Export any entry as a DOCX document.
PLAN YOUR SEMESTER
• Organize schools, terms, and courses with teachers, rooms, meeting times, and custom colors.
• See your week at a glance on a timetable that merges classes, assignment due dates, and coursework into one timeline.
STAY ON TOP OF EVERY TASK
• Priorities, subtasks, and time estimates for every item.
• Start a Focus Timer from any task's estimated time and get the work done.
• Reminders with flexible lead times so nothing slips through the cracks.
OWN YOUR GRADES
• Record exams, quizzes, homework, papers, projects, labs, and more, weighted per course.
• Automatic semester and cumulative GPA with multiple grading scales and a trend chart.
• What-if analysis shows exactly what average you need on remaining work to hit your target grade.
AUTOMATIC ICLOUD SYNC AND BACKUP
• Syncs automatically across all your devices signed in to the same iCloud account — private by design, stored in your own iCloud, and easy to turn off in Settings.
• Automatic daily backups, plus manual backup and restore to iCloud Drive or On My iPhone.
