BLOCKED HOURS — AN APP BLOCKER ON A SCHEDULE
Pick your distracting apps once and set the hours: work, study, sleep. ARCO blocks those apps automatically, every day, and there is no ignore button. Three strictness modes decide how many short breaks you get; ending a window early costs a deliberate wait, not a tap. The block holds until the block ends — that is the whole point.
FOCUS SESSIONS
Start a session and your distracting apps lock for exactly that long. Need a moment? Take a real break — apps unlock, then lock again on their own. Strict mode removes the exit entirely. Your countdown lives on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Time-block tasks and habits onto one clean timeline. Mirror yesterday's structure in one tap and let recurring tasks handle the chores. Schedule Wake up and a real alarm rings at that time, even on silent.
