AppBabel

AppBabel is the meeting companion for people who do business across Chinese, English and Vietnamese. Start a meeting, and what people say appears as live bilingual captions. When the meeting ends, AppBabel turns the transcript into a structured recap you can send as-is — with owners, decisions and risk flags.

LIVE BILINGUAL CAPTIONS
• Pick a language pair (Chinese, English, Vietnamese) and start a meeting
• Speech appears as text within seconds, with the translation right underneath
• Works for in-person meetings, speakerphone calls and face-to-face conversations
• Quick Talk: one tap to listen with large captions on screen
• Expo Mode: push-to-talk with close-mic pickup for noisy places

STRUCTURED MEETING RECAP
• When you end a meeting, a structured recap is generated automatically
• Topic, discussion points, decisions, action items with owners, and flagged risks
• Bilingual, so both sides can read the same recap
• Export as text or share it directly from the app

BILINGUAL CONFIRMATION CARD
• Confirm action items in about 30 seconds after the meeting
• Generate a bilingual card image and share it in one tap

BABEL INBOX
• Import voice notes, contract PDFs, Word files and document photos
• Get searchable text plus a bilingual key-point analysis
• Text-based PDFs and Word files are parsed on your device; scanned pages and photos are sent over an encrypted connection for immediate recognition and are not retained

WORKSPACE
• All your meetings in one place, with full-text search
• Commitment ledger: who promised what and when it is due
• Value board: meetings, bilingual lines and action items this month

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
• Meeting content (audio, transcript, recap) is not stored on our servers — it is processed in real time and kept only on your device
• Audio is streamed directly to a transcription provider for live transcription and is not stored
• We keep only account and usage metadata (email, plan, minutes used) and anonymous crash reports (error type and message only, never meeting content)
• Delete your account at any time from within the app
