Description by DANIEL E SMITH(from the App Store)
Your music and your own voice, playing at the same time. Nothing gets mixed or edited: Appetition plays two things at once, and you choose which one you hear. That switch is the training — a sports-psychology attention drill, with your own voice as one of the two. Record your affirmations or athlete self-talk once, press play, open Apple Music or Spotify, and lock your phone. Your voice keeps working while you train, commute, work, or fall asleep.
HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick a theme or write your own lines 2. Record them in your own voice — 60 seconds, once 3. Press play and get on with your day. Your voice plays alongside whatever you're listening to.
TWO APPS IN ONE • Personal growth — confidence, calm, gratitude, discipline, sleep • Sports mode — mental-game training for athletes: pre-game self-talk, Walkout mode for the moments before you compete, and packs built for golf and competition
BUILT TO BECOME A HABIT • Sleep Rewiring — your voice under soft soundscapes as you fall asleep • Themed packs: Calm the Storm, Gratitude, Discipline & Focus, and more • Streaks with Recovery Days, so one missed day never resets you • Awards and the Brain Constellation — watch your practice light up over time
WHY YOUR OWN VOICE Self-talk research keeps landing on the same point: the voice you argue with, plan with, and doubt yourself with is your own. Appetition puts that voice to work for you instead of against you — under music you already love, at moments you're already living.
Record it once. Let it run.
