AppStop: Screen Time & Focus

Pause before opening distracting apps. AppStop uses Apple's Screen Time tools to protect your selected apps and websites, then gives you a short challenge before temporary access.

Choose an Intention Prompt to explain why you need an app, or a Calm Countdown for a breathing pause. With Lifetime Pro, you can also use Tilt & Balance or complete five squats, and choose different challenges for individual apps. Access ends automatically after your chosen break duration.

Follow your progress with activity history, streaks, Focus Points and Home Screen widgets. Earn points through mindful choices and spend them on extra emergency passes. Your lifetime rank stays separate from your spendable balance.

The free version protects up to three selected items and includes a daily emergency pass. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that adds unlimited protected items and emergency passes, per-app challenge rules, motion challenges and full activity history. Purchases and restores are handled by Apple.

AppStop has no app account, ads or developer analytics service. Focus history and settings stay on your device. Motion samples are processed during challenges without being saved or sent to a server. A device-only Focus Points backup in Keychain may survive reinstalling; iOS backups follow your system settings.
