Apptricity Asset Mobile

Know what you have, where it is, and who has it. Asset Mobile puts your organization's entire asset inventory in your pocket, so your team can audit a location in
minutes, find any asset in seconds, and keep records accurate from wherever the work happens.

Asset Mobile turns your iPhone into a complete asset tracking tool: scan, search, update
and sign, all in one place.

AUDIT WITH CONFIDENCE
• Run audits by location, custodian, container or end user.
• Scan your way through a room with the camera, a barcode scanner or an RFID reader.
• Watch scanned, unscanned and unknown counts update as you go, so you always know what's left.
• Reconcile missing assets and create unknown ones on the spot, without leaving the audit.

FIND ANY ASSET, INSTANTLY
• Search or scan to pull up an asset's full record: details, notes, attachments, service history and contained items.
• See exactly where an asset is on the map.
• Add or edit assets one at a time, or update many at once with Mass Add and Mass Edit.

CHECK OUT AND CHECK IN, SIGNED AND RECORDED
• Hand assets out and take them back in a few taps.
• Capture who has it, where it's going, when it's due back, and a signature on screen.
• Every transaction is recorded against the asset, so accountability is never in question.

DISCOVER NEARBY ASSETS WITH BLUETOOTH
• Walk into a space and see the beacon-tagged assets around you.
• Spot tags that aren't registered yet and link them to an asset right there.

SCAN YOUR WAY
• Use the built-in camera, or pair supported Bluetooth barcode scanners and RFID readers for high-volume work.
• Tune RFID read range on the fly: close-up to capture a single tag, wide to sweep a whole room.

KEEP WORKING OFFLINE
• No signal in the basement or the back lot? Carry on. Your changes are saved on the device and sync automatically when you're back online.

MADE FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION
• Menus and forms follow your organization's own configuration, so your team sees the fields and workflows that matter to them.
• Sign in with your username and password or your organization's single sign-on.

Asset Mobile requires an account on your organization's asset management server. Contact your administrator for your server address and sign-in details.
