Shri Abhay Pratap Singh, so far, has had an extra-ordinary journey in the legal field. After his academic achievements of LLM from University of Delhi, a prestigious institution, with First Division and qualifying the exam of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), he joined the Haryana Judicial Services in year 2012 and worked as a Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate at Rewari, Faridabad and Kaithal. In the short period of five years of his job as a judge, he excelled himself in the practical aspects of law. With the urge to do something more meaningful in legal field, he resigned from the job in year 2016 and joined the Campus Law Center, University of Delhi, as an Assistant Professor. He has first hand experience of handling assignment of judicial service examination papers. During his carrier in academics and while serving as a judge, he was widely recognised for his ability to understand and disentangle intricate questions of law with a pinch of common sense and wit. He had the honour of working with National Legal Service Authority, District Legal Services Authority (Delhi and Haryana), Haryana Police Academy Madhuban, Haryana Institute of Public Administration Gurugram, Amity University Noida, UILMS Gurugram, Indian National Bar Association. He also has the distinction of imparting training to Judicial Officers, Executive Officers, Police Officers, Prosecution Officers, and Advocates on different occasions and at different States. He is the founder and chairman of Indraprastha Centre for Law and Policy, a registered Trust for advancement of legal education, research and social advocacy.
He has a following of 35k plus on his YouTube channel 'INSPIREAPS' where he has made an impact out of his motivational and innovative manners of explaining complicated subjects of law. He has the phenomenal ability to explain the intricate legal conundrums by referring day to day experiences of life. His students love him when he recites Madhushala and Rashmirathi with different propositions of law. A man with fine tuned sense of justice and deep sense of morality and remarkable experience in the legal field, who has lent a helping hand to number of students in their journey to law, who is working persistently for propagation of legal knowledge and betterment of society.
