Regular engagement with your home exercise program (prescribed by your Advanced Physical Therapy clinician) is critical to your recovery.
To support your recovery, your personalized home exercise plan is available on an easy-to-use app, featuring: - At-home exercise programs designed by your Advanced Physical Therapy clinician - Easy-to-follow exercise videos with clinician-led voice instruction - Daily progress tracking to give your care team insight into your recovery - Chat with your dedicated care navigator to assist with your exercises and answer your questions along the way (if eligible, ask your provider for more information) - Apple HealthKit integration to sync your health data to the APT ON THE GO app
