Single-day, multi-day, and full-membership signup all happen in the app. Apple Pay supported. New cards are saved securely via

Log your training. The app remembers your PRs across squat, bench, deadlift, press, and any other movement you want to track. Hit

a public profile to appear on leaderboards and let other members find you.
