Arete: Running Coach

ARETE is a running coach in your pocket. It builds a training plan around your goal, your fitness level, and your schedule, then adjusts it week by week based on how you're actually running.

Whether you're working toward your first 5K or chasing a marathon PR, ARETE tells you exactly what to run, why you're running it, and how to do it right.

WHAT YOU GET
· A training plan built around your goal and schedule
· Daily sessions with pace, duration, and a clear purpose
· Form Lab - scores your running form and tells you what to fix
· GPS tracking with live pace and distance
· Weekly plans that adapt based on your progress
· Streak tracking to keep you showing up
· Training load monitoring so you don't overtrain

EVERY RUN HAS A REASON
Most apps hand you a plan and leave you to figure it out. ARETE tells you what adaptation each session targets, how to execute it, and what to focus on. You'll actually understand what you're doing - and why it's working.

Arete requires a subscription to access all coaching features.

Yearly: $79.99/year (7-day free trial)
