Argus Command Center

Argus is the command center for events production agencies. The desk keeps the full picture. The phone keeps what you need on site: at the venue, on the build, on the night.

Along the bottom are My Desk, Messages, Petty cash and Budgets, with Financials for the people who look after the money.

My Desk is your projects, one button each, showing what waits for you inside: unread chat and the tasks that are yours. It also holds the dates you are away and a note pad that is yours alone.

A project opens to its chat, its tasks, its budget and its site recce.

Chat is per project, with rooms for each part of the team. Share pictures and files, turn the phone to see a design full screen, and tap any spot on a picture to leave a note exactly there. When the design is right, send it to the client's window from your phone so they can approve it or ask for changes.

Tasks are yours to tick off as you go, with who owns each one.

Budgets are read and approved on the phone, never edited there. See the client total, the margin and every section, and approve when you are the one who signs off.

Recce walks the venue with the checklist in your hand and the camera as the biggest button on the screen. Photos taken without signal wait on the phone and send themselves when you are back online.

Petty cash starts with the receipt in your hand: shoot it, type the amount, and the float and the spend stay current for the whole team.

Alerts reach your lock screen. Sign in with Face ID.

Everything you do on the phone is on the desk when you sit down.

Argus is for agencies and producers who run live events. An Argus workspace is needed to sign in: your agency adds you.
