Artist Archive

Your clients' looks, remembered.

Artist Archive is a private record-keeping app made for bridal makeup artists and hairstylists. Log a client, save each trial with the products, shades, notes and photos you used, then bring it all back to recreate the exact look on the big day.

It was built by a working bridal makeup artist, for the people who actually do this job. Not a booking system with notes bolted on, but a tool built around the one moment that matters: recreating a trial look weeks later, perfectly.

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES
Trial details end up scattered everywhere. In your head, on paper, in your notes app, buried in your camera roll, lost in old messages. Weeks later you are trying to remember the exact foundation shade, how much lash, where the parting sat, which extensions you used. Artist Archive gives all of it one home.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Keep a profile for every client, with consultation details and allergies
- Log each trial with your notes, the products and shades you used, and photos of the finished look
- Build your kit once, then just tick what you used, and star your favourites so they stay on top
- Mark a face chart to show exactly where each product went
- Keep an adjustment log, what you changed and why, so it is not repeated on the day
- Plan the wedding morning with a running order for the whole bridal party
- See every client's big day with a countdown, and add trials and big days to your phone calendar with reminders
- Export any look to a clean PDF to keep or share
- Find any past look in seconds, and browse all your work in one photo gallery

A CATALOGUE THAT LEARNS YOUR KIT
A built-in catalogue of 7,300+ real products, and growing, means you are not typing every product by hand. It autocompletes as you type, and anything it does not have yet, you add once and it is there next time.

BUILT FOR REAL BRIDAL WORK
Makeup, hair, or both, Artist Archive fits the way you work. Enter details on your iPad after a trial, then read them back on your phone at the wedding. It works offline when the venue signal does not, and syncs when you are back in range.

FREE, WITH PREMIUM WHEN YOU WANT MORE
Artist Archive is free to use. Premium lifts the limits and adds the business side: unlimited clients and trials, more photos per look, deposit and balance tracking, restock and renewal reminders, your suppliers, and your own reusable email templates. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription with a free trial, and you can cancel any time.
