Artwork Codex is a professional art inventory, archive, catalogue and portfolio system for artists, studios, galleries, collectors and art businesses.

Use the app to capture artworks: from the camera, photo library, files, batch photo import, video or manual entry. Build clear records with title, artist, medium, dimensions, year, status, price, currency, location, notes, tags, categories, custom fields, provenance, ownership, editions, exhibitions, sales, contacts and history.

Keep the full story of each work together. Add photos, videos, documents, certificates of authenticity, invoices, labels and supporting files. Organise works into collections and folders, then search, filter and browse your archive in grid or list view.

When it is time to present your work, create PDF catalogues, password protected viewing rooms, QR codes, share links and your public portfolio. Track collectors, galleries, buyers, contacts, sales, invoices, consignments and exhibitions from the same connected archive.

Your records stay synced between iPhone, iPad and the web dashboard: artworkcodex.com. Capture details on the go, work offline when needed, and use the web dashboard for deeper archive work, catalogue workflows, portfolio publishing, media exports and larger studio tasks.

Plans:
Free supports 5 artworks. Starter is for compact archives with higher artwork, image, viewing-room and catalogue limits. Studio is for serious artists, studios, galleries and larger archives, with unlimited artworks plus advanced media, document, certificate, label, invoice, catalogue and export features.

Trial availability and pricing may vary by region. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, can be managed in iOS Settings and can be restored in the app.
