Ascent: Daily Formation

Ascent is a 43-step spiritual formation app that gives you one focused step each day. No noise. No feeds. Just a clear, structured path toward becoming a better person.

The daily practice — guided journal, prompts, reviews, and export.

HOW IT WORKS
Start with Step 1. Read the guided lesson. Sit with the reflection prompts. Begin today's practice. Write what comes to mind. Mark it complete. Come back tomorrow.
The path covers conversion, vice, virtue, the beatitudes, the gifts, devotion, and a final integration. 43 steps. One climb.
WHAT'S FREE

Every reading is free — all 43 steps. Open any step you've reached and read the lesson and the prayer, start to finish, at no cost.
