Ask Althea is a positive and supportive mindfulness community of like-minded seekers with a common goal: they are searching for an insight to help them move beyond the contentment of what may appear to be a happy and successful life. If you’re not experiencing life as beautiful, joyful, or authentic—we’d like to show you how. And it all starts with mindfulness, which we believe is the master key.

Ask Althea aims to make mindfulness understandable, accessible, and a practicalvtool to create the life you want. Mindfulness has gained in popularity over the last few decades yet, most people attracted to mindfulness would probably struggle to explain precisely what it is and how it works. While mindfulness can seem abstract, nebulous, or even esoteric, it doesn’t have to be. It is a learned cognitive skill that involves using our attention intentionally. The skill of mindfulness allows us the ability to create our life based by intentionally changing where we place our attention. You begin to realize that you have the power to create your own life through the mindful control of your attention, which is why we say your attention is your superpower.
