Aspyn Coaching offers on-demand recorded self-therapy coaching sessions for mental and emotional support and personal growth. Our platform allows you access to a variety of content from different coaches when it’s convenient for you and from the privacy of your own home.
Learn what it means to focus on your personal growth and mental wellness through curated video sessions that help you focus on what you need, when you need it. Our coaches host new coaching sessions every month that help support journeys such as depression, body image, career growth, relationships, grief, aging, and more.
Therapy and mental wellness support shouldn’t be time consuming, expensive, or intimidating. The current system isn’t accessible to everyone so we’re doing it differently. We believe that everyone should have access to mental and emotional health resources. Period.
