ASTRO CRAFT は、無重力の宇宙をひとりで漂うサバイバルゲームです。
■ 漂って、拾って、作る
漂流物に回収ワイヤーを射出して手繰り寄せ、素材を集めます。宇宙服の端末で装備を組み上げると、行ける範囲が少しずつ広がっていく。
減り続けるのは酸素と燃料、急かすものはそれだけです。
■ 帰ってくる場所を建てる
拠点を据え、区画を組み上げて拡げていきます。居住区画で空気を入れ替え、精錬区画で素材を選り分け、培養区画で酸素を汲む。
区画は三段まで育ち、育つと遠くからでも姿で分かるように変わります。
掘削設備を据えれば、離れているあいだも素材が増えます。
■ 微かな信号を追いかける
信号受信機を作ると、半径 5,000 の中に「何かある」とだけ分かるようになります。
方位推定装置を足せば方角が、帯域フィルタを足せば発信された日時が乗る。
分かるのはそれだけで、距離は最後まで出ません。
追いかけた先には、赤く明滅する信号機が立っています。そこに残っているのは、
誰かが選んだ短い言葉か、5 秒の声。
そして、その人はもう居ないかもしれない。
■ 自分も撃つ
救難信号は、使うと消える消耗品です。撃てば宇宙のどこかへ落ちますが、方角は選べません。
どこへ落ちたかは、撃った本人にも分からない。誰かが拾って、こちらへ来るかもしれない。
探すことと探されることが、同じひとつの行為になります。
■ すれ違う
オンラインに繋がっていると、ごく稀に人影に行き会うことがあります。相手はUNKNOWN ASTRONAUT。
名前は最後まで出ません。ID カードを差し出して、相手が受け取ってはじめて識別コードが見えるようになる。
■ 生き延びるのには役に立たない要素もたくさん
宇宙服は 7 箇所を好きな色に染められます。
サウンドラボを建てれば、服の中で回す曲を選べます。
バイオラボでは宇宙ペットが孵ります。
連れて歩けるのは一匹だけ。
・不適切なユーザーに対する通報、ブロック機能があります。
・横向き専用です。両手持ちで、左手で進み、右手で見回します。
・アプリ内課金と広告はありません。
