Aswaq Forwarder is a shipment tracking app designed for both existing customers and new users interested in Aswaq’s international air cargo services. The app makes it easy to register, get verified, and start tracking your freight with full visibility.

Key Features:
Easy Registration for New Users: Anyone can sign up by verifying their email via OTP and submitting basic details like username, phone number, and password.

Account Verification: After registration, users see a preview of the app's purpose and features. Then, their account enters a pending state while the Aswaq team reviews the information.

Customer Code Assignment: Once verified, users are either matched to an existing customer account or contacted by the Aswaq team for further onboarding. Verified users receive a unique customer code and full access to the app.

Secure Login: Approved users can log in using their username and password to access shipment details.

Track Your Shipments: View both received and dispatched shipments, including voyage information and shipment history.

Detailed Product View: Check item-level details like product code, tracking number, weight, received date, and product image.
