Confirm there’s no impediment
------
When the buyer rejects an order, the seller is required to confirm if the returned goods or service are in the same condition as it was when delivered. If the order is intact, the seller can negotiate a second delivery attempt with the buyer or simply confirm all is ok and the buyer is refunded. If the order isn’t intact, the order goes into dispute. Our able dispute managers will help to resolve the issue if the seller escalates the issue to AtaraPay, else either party can cancel the order from the app to initiate payout or refund to the seller or buyer respectively.
