Athletific

Athletific helps athletes, coaches, staff, and teams keep training, wellness, and team coordination organized in one workspace.

Athletes can log daily wellness, including sleep, stress, fatigue, soreness, emotions, IZOF states, injuries, menstrual cycle notes, hydration, meals, body metrics, sessions, and session ratings. Connected coaches and staff can view shared athlete data based on the athlete’s privacy and sharing choices.

For teams and direct coach/staff connections, Athletific supports roster views, readiness signals, training load, session planning, RSVP tracking, attendance, athlete notes, injury history, screening results, Eurofit and sport-specific tests, and team insights.
