◦ They can login using their registered mobile number, and we even have an option for users in case they have forgotten the password.
◦ Connectors having ready references can enter the prospective leads on the app.
◦ Lead will get approved or rejected basis customer’s credit bureau score and other parameters instantly.
◦ Approved leads directly flow to the respective section of loan processing for products such as AHL, SBL, LAG, Vehicle Loan etc.
◦ Bank sales team contacts the customer and starts the processing basis preliminary checks & customer interest.
◦ Application for all the products goes through all stages as per the laid down credit policy criteria and all the due diligence process.
