El acceso a la aplicación requiere credenciales corporativas proporcionadas por la empresa empleadora. Las cuentas se crean por el departamento de RRHH una vez la empresa ha contratado los servicios de Audidat. No es posible registrarse desde la propia app por motivos de seguridad y cumplimiento de la normativa laboral española.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
• Fichaje de entrada, salida y pausas con un solo toque.
• Autenticación biométrica con Face ID / Touch ID para mayor seguridad y agilidad.
• Validación opcional por geolocalización para confirmar que el fichaje se realiza desde el lugar de trabajo autorizado.
• Consulta del histórico de fichajes y horas trabajadas.
• Notificaciones push con recordatorios e incidencias relevantes.
• Sincronización automática con el sistema central de gestión laboral de Audidat.
• Interfaz sencilla, optimizada para uso diario.
• Solicitud y validación de ausencias (Vacaciones, Enfermedad, etc.)

PRIVACIDAD Y SEGURIDAD
Tus datos se transmiten siempre cifrados mediante HTTPS/TLS y se almacenan en servidores ubicados en la Unión Europea. La autenticación biométrica se realiza localmente en tu dispositivo mediante el Secure Enclave de Apple — Audidat nunca tiene acceso a tus datos biométricos.
