Auris - Hearing Health

You track your sleep. You track your steps. You track your heart rate, your workouts, maybe even your stress. Your hearing - the thing you use every waking second - gets nothing.

Then one day it's a hearing aid.

Auris is the first fitness app for your ears. Two minutes a day. AirPods in. That's it.

--------------------
THE DAILY LOOP
--------------------

Open the app. Tap one screening or one training session. Done.

- A 90-second Digits-in-Noise check - the same test used by research hospitals - gives you a number you can actually trust.
- A 2-minute training drill sharpens one skill: pitch resolution, gap detection, or speech-in-noise - the skill that actually matters at dinner.
- Your Hearing IQ updates. Your streak continues. Your trends sharpen week over week.

That's the whole loop.

--------------------
WHAT'S IN THE APP
--------------------

HEARING IQ
One number that tracks how well you're hearing across pitches, speech-in-noise, and real-world situations. Watch it trend over weeks and months - the way your resting heart rate trends on your watch.

FOUR TRAINING EXERCISES
Each under 5 minutes, built on auditory rehab research:
- Frequency discrimination - sharpen pitch resolution
- Gap detection - train temporal resolution
- Speech-in-noise - the restaurant skill
- Audio recovery - restore clarity after loud exposure

SITUATION JOURNAL
Log the moments that matter - the meeting you struggled through, the restaurant that felt impossible, the call you nailed. Auris finds the patterns and tells you what's actually getting better.

NOISE EXPOSURE
Pulls your Apple Health noise data and shows the cumulative dose shaping your hearing - not just today's readings. The concert, the mower, the subway all show up.

MILESTONES & STREAKS
Hearing is a daily habit. Showing up counts.

IF YOU EVER DO WANT A CHECKUP
Auris quietly builds a one-page summary any audiologist can read in 30 seconds - trends, situation patterns, noise exposure. Find providers nearby when you're ready. No pressure until you are.
