Auspice: Lunar Calendar Dates

Auspice is a quiet lunar-calendar utility for people who keep track of dates that matter.

It computes the Chinese lunar calendar, the 24 solar terms, and stem-branch dates entirely on your device, then keeps your birthdays, anniversaries, and remembrance dates reliable across the Gregorian and lunar systems - including reminders for lunar dates that shift every year.

IMPORTANT DAYS THAT DO NOT DRIFT
- Save birthdays, anniversaries, and remembrance dates in either the Gregorian or the lunar calendar
- Lunar dates are recomputed every year, so a lunar birthday never lands on the wrong day
- Import birthdays from Contacts, and optionally write corrections back
- Export any important day to your system Calendar as a dedicated calendar
- Schedule notifications, or stronger alarm-style reminders on supported devices
- Sync everything across your Apple devices with iCloud

The app also includes an optional section of traditional Chinese cultural readings - I Ching hexagram texts and fortune-stick verses - for readers interested in the classical source material. It is a secondary part of the app, not its purpose.

Hexagram and fortune-stick readings are available with a one-time purchase for lifetime access. Lifetime purchasers and eligible legacy users can also use their own provider API. Active monthly and annual subscriptions include readings and own-API access for the subscription period, without granting lifetime ownership. Own-API provider charges are paid by the user, and the API key is stored only on the device. Managed personalized online services still require a separate subscription; cancelling it does not affect lifetime readings you have purchased. Prices, billing periods, and trial eligibility are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, and restore lifetime purchases and subscriptions in the app. Buy me a coffee is a separate contribution to development, does not include readings or online services, and does not renew automatically.
