How sign-up works:
- New users download the app and complete the sign-up process by taking a selfie and scanning their government-issued photo ID.
- We do our proprietary black magic to determine if the customer is a live person taking the selfie in real time and whether the ID document is authentic.
- We use government grade facial recognition to verify the customer's identity by comparing the face in the selfie with the face in the picture on the ID document.
