Handled with care

• While signed out, caption history stays only on your device; optional sign-in securely syncs the history you keep for cross-device access
• The cloud-caption service does not save audio files or chunks
• On supported iOS 26 systems, manually installed Chinese or English on-device captions can serve as a fallback
