AviPrep: Flight Training

The simplest way to schedule your airplanes, and the app your pilots use to fly them.

AviPrep is one schedule for Part 61 flight schools, flying clubs, aircraft owners, instructors and students. Owners see every airplane and every hour on one screen.
Instructors see their day. Students book open times and follow their training from first flight to checkride. And anyone on the schedule can run it by text message.

TEXT IT. IT'S DONE.
Text AviPrep the way you would text the front desk. "Block N12345 Saturday morning." "Who's flying Sunday?" "Put Dave in the 172 every Tuesday 4 to 6 through December." It checks the airplane and the instructor, writes back what it found, and changes nothing until you reply YES. Ask AviPrep works the same way inside the app.

FOR SCHOOLS, CLUBS AND OWNERS
One screen for your fleet: dual, solo, rental and maintenance in their own colors. Approve every pilot, set your rates, and keep them. Pilots book themselves, every flight is billed on the Hobbs time flown and paid out to you, and squawks and inspection countdowns live on the airplane. Invite your people with a link or a text code; they're on the schedule in a few replies, no download required.

FOR INSTRUCTORS
Your students, your schedule, your rate. Set recurring availability once and students book into it. Lesson briefs before each flight, AI recaps after, and a shared syllabus that tracks every lesson. Teach in aircraft from the owner network when you don't have your own, and get paid after every lesson.

FOR STUDENTS
Find a CFI near you by airport, price and focus, see their aircraft and availability, and book in a few taps. Follow one structured path to your checkride, see what each lesson costs before you book, and keep a training record that goes with you.

ALSO IN THE APP
• Messaging with your instructor or students, with the lesson agenda in the thread
• A training dashboard: upcoming lessons, recent activity, next steps
• Weekly training streaks to keep momentum between lessons
• Push notifications for bookings, schedule changes, messages and reminders
• Weather at your field on the day's schedule

Your records are stored privately and securely. Your students, your instructors, your rates and your data stay yours.
