Why AYAMA?
Derived from Sanskrit, Ayama means "control" – especially over one’s life energy (Pran). The name reflects our vision to give users more control over their health by organizing medical and fitness data simply and securely. AYAMA is easy to remember, globally pronounceable, and designed to support your wellness journey.

Our Story
AYAMA was inspired by a personal experience. When our founder’s father faced a life-threatening heart condition, their family struggled to find and share critical medical records quickly. Files were scattered, misplaced, and hard to manage during an already stressful time. It became clear there was a need for a secure, digital solution that keeps everything in one place.

As the platform grew, we realized that health isn’t just about treatments—it’s also about prevention, strength, and consistency. That’s why we introduced the Gym Log, allowing users to track their workouts and fitness routines alongside their medical data.
