The metrics we’re used to (i.e. sleep, HRV, RHR, calories, etc.) are valuable, but what do we do with them? They give us insight into how our body is functioning, but that’s not the full picture.

They can’t tell us that our thinking has gotten more rigid, that our clarity on our goals is lacking, or that our sense of direction has quietly shifted.

These signals shape your decisions, and they’re invisible to your current stack.

Know: Aypex is built to show you patterns in your data, offer insights into their impacts, and expand your self-awareness.

Against your own baseline. Not a population average

Aypex models your metrics longitudinally against your own history because population averages have limited value, at best. It tells you your current state (Energy, Clarity, Mindset) in relation to your averages, then shows if you’re maintaining, drifting, or shifting.

One signal is a snapshot. 30 days is a pattern.

Every check-in returns: Energy + Clarity + Mindset → State (Overall Performance State)

We don’t use numbers, we use qualitative signals. Where are you relative to your baseline? State can change many times per day. Maybe we just need a quick reset to get back on track.

Over time though, the trajectory is where the most precise signal lives. That’s our capacity…it’s where the real work we’re putting in starts to show.

If your coach uses Aypex, your signal helps inform every session without sharing what you said. Privacy is paramount, so your exact words in every reflection remain yours.
