B-Driven

B-Driven is the official app for Balsamo drivers: it organizes your working day, guides you through every service and keeps you connected with the operations team at all times.

SERVICE SCHEDULE
After signing in you'll find the services assigned to you for today and the following days, with code, status, service type (transfer, disposal), start and end times, pickup, destination and vehicle type. The service in progress is highlighted at the top of the list.

FULL SERVICE DETAILS
For each service you can view the complete itinerary with every stop and its notes, the model and plate of the assigned vehicle, guest information and flight details when provided.

STEP-BY-STEP SERVICE FLOW
The app guides you through each phase: waiting for the guest, guest on board, individual stops, end of ride. For every stop you see pickup point, destination and time. Steps that require confirmation are clearly marked.

DIRECT ASSISTANCE
From the service screen you can call, message on WhatsApp, start navigation to the next stop or send an SOS request to the operations team.

NOTIFICATIONS
Get real-time updates on your services and messages from the operations team.

FEEDBACK AND EXTRA COSTS
At the end of each service you can add notes, leave feedback on the ride and report any unplanned extra costs.
