BadgerNet Maternity

The BadgerNet UK App is designed for users of the BadgerNet UK Platform for entering, viewing, and communicating information relating to the maternity care pathway. The app is designed for those users that require a portable solution to record and view all events. It can be used in the community or as part of your in-hospital solution.


Overview

The BadgerNet UK App allows users to enter information related to pregnancy including: booking, antenatal and postnatal assessments, as well as ad-hoc events. Users can also see all events recorded on the desktop application within the hospital setting.

Although the app is available for download, users must have an account registered on the BadgerNet UK Platform in order to access the BadgerNet UK app.

• Off-line functionality is available if the user doesn’t have an N3 connection. This allows users to carry on entering information which is stored until the application is back on-line.
• Full time-line display of events recorded in the pregnancy and postnatal period is available.
• Antenatal booking and assessment events can be easily entered and viewed.
• A summary report of all visits is available within the application.
• An intelligent search facility allows users to search by name or national identifier.
• Users may record phone calls and failed attendances at any time.


About BadgerNet

The BadgerNet Patient Data Management system, produced by Clevermed Ltd., is in use throughout the UK. Hosted on the N3 Network, users can enter information in real time which becomes nationally available to all others with access to the system in a secure, controlled fashion. Its primary areas of use are in pregnancy, neonatal, and paediatric care environments.
