Description

配筋検査ARシステム「BAIAS（バイアス）」は、iPad Pro１台で鉄筋コンクリート構造物の配筋検査を省人・省力化できるシステムです。

iPad ProのLiDARセンサーを用いて、鉄筋の本数・間隔が計測できるほか、任意の鉄筋径も1本ずつ計測することも可能です。

施工管理システムとの連携による帳票出力、鉄筋かぶり計測機能、ダブル配筋計測機能、鉄筋かご計測機能、重ね継手や定着の長さ計測に適した２点間計測機能、レイアウトを自由に変更可能な電子小黒板機能も実装しています。

またクラウドと連携しており、計測結果の表示および帳票を自動生成することができます。

これらの機能により、生産性や作業効率の大幅な改善が期待できます。

「BAIAS」は国土交通省が運営する新技術情報提供システム（NETIS)に登録されており、国土交通省実施要領の全計測項目に対応しております。

１．事前準備・帳票作成の省力化
計測箇所毎におこなう鉄筋へのマーキング、検尺ロッド、黒板の準備や設置が不要です（電子小黒板を含めた工事写真として保存可能）。
土木施工管理システムとの連携により電子納品可能な出来形管理図表の作成が可能です。

２．広範囲の計測が可能
「BAIAS」はARマーカー配置による「ノーマル」（※1）と点群取得による「クイック」（※2）の２種類の計測方法を採用しており、状況に応じて使い分けができます。「ノーマル」は5m四方、「クイック」は3m四方まで計測可能です。

※1 目視で視認可能な角度からiPad Pro画面上にARマーカーを配置し、鉄筋の本数・間隔を自動計測する方法。ダブル配筋にも対応します。

※2 iPad Proのセンサーで収集する点群データにより鉄筋の本数・間隔を瞬時に計測する方法です。

３．計測時の省人化により、遠隔臨場も安心
Microsoft TeamsやZoom上で画面を共有すると遠隔地からでもリアルタイムに確認ができるため、2～3名（発注者1名、作業者1～2名）で行っていた検査を1名で実施でき、発注者の現場までの移動時間を削減します。
また、計測時は通信環境が不要であり、モバイル通信エリア外の不感地帯でも活躍します。
