A few things to remember
• Don’t keep your customer number and PIN with your mobile device.
• Make sure to log out when you’re done.
• The app will auto log out after five minutes of no activity.
• Contact Bank Australia immediately if you’ve lost your device or feel that someone may know your login details.
• Please check the BSB and account number or PayID details carefully. Bank Australia does not verify or confirm that the details you provided are correct, or that the account name and number or PayID match. If the details are incorrect you could be paying the wrong account and you may not be able to get your money back.
