Banner BMS is a professional battery management application designed to deliver real-time monitoring, precise control, and comprehensive data analysis for battery systems via stable Bluetooth connectivity. Tailored for engineers, technicians, and industry professionals, it acts as a reliable digital assistant for managing battery packs across electric vehicles, energy storage systems, industrial equipment, and all scenarios requiring stable battery performance.
The app supports seamless Bluetooth pairing with BMS modules, enabling wireless, cable-free access to critical battery data—an essential feature for on-site maintenance and hard-to-reach installation environments. Its intuitive user interface allows users to grasp battery status at a glance, with a real-time monitoring module that tracks core parameters: cell voltage, pack voltage, charging/discharging current, NTC sensor temperature, remaining capacity (RSOC), and cycle count. High-precision data display and multi-channel NTC temperature monitoring let users detect abnormal fluctuations in real time, preventing safety hazards like overheating or overcooling.

Safety is paramount to Banner BMS. Equipped with a full-featured protection and alarm system, it monitors 15 protection states (including cell overvoltage/undervoltage, pack overvoltage/undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and MOS breakdown) and 12 alarm states (such as cell voltage deviation, high/low temperature alerts, and low capacity warnings). Upon detecting anomalies, the app instantly triggers visual and audio alerts, and records timestamped fault information for post-event analysis and troubleshooting.

Beyond Bluetooth-enabled real-time monitoring, the app offers in-depth data analysis. It automatically logs historical battery operation data via Bluetooth, generates detailed reports on capacity decay, cycle life, and temperature changes, and supports data export for further analysis. Real-time FET control status display—covering charging/discharging MOS on/off states, current limit module activation, and heating status—enables remote optimization of battery operation strategies to extend service life. The stable Bluetooth connection ensures low-latency transmission, with automatic reconnection for temporary signal interruptions, avoiding data loss during critical monitoring.

Designed for practicality, Banner BMS enhances Bluetooth functionality with offline data storage, preserving critical battery data even in weak Bluetooth signal environments. Cached data syncs automatically once reconnected, maintaining a complete operation log.
